Meeting on 16th Feb 07 (eve eve of CNY)

Things covered during the meeting:

1. Breakdown of Teachers
Part A PC- LTA Goh Sor Hoon

Part B PC- 2LTA Teng

Part C PC- 2LT Toh Ling Ling

Part D PC- LTA Jeremy Wong

Administration- Mr Tan Hui Kuan


with the breakdown, the teacher PCs will be in direct communication with the APC CLTs to setle individual Part Issues.


2. Transparency between TOs and CLTs
The Teacher Officers have also agreed to pass on all HQ related information to us, and in return, we will also pass on all information we have to them. This will ensure that there is transparency between the Teacher Officers and the CLTs. With the information, we will contact the respective specialist to settle the issue. (eg, Logistic matters will pass it to the log spec.)

3. Promotion Parade

The promotion Parade will be on the 7th of March, Wednesday. The ranks will be drawn from HQ before the parade day. The Logistic specialist will settle this matter.

4. Restructural of the unit
The current unit structure will be abolished. The new structure will be done by LTA Jeremy Wong. The current Part D cadets will fill up the post and send the CLTs for vetting, they will be given one week. The CLTs will then edit it and pass it to 2LT Toh Ling Ling for approval in a week. The approved structure will be the finalised structure for the part Ds and no more changes will be entertained. All in all, after 3 weeks, the finalised structure will be out.

5.HQ forms to fill

- Collection of Kayaking (1star/2star)

- Collection of Sea Proficency Badges (G/S/B)

- Collection of Ranks (CPL, LCP..)

these will be done by the Administrative and Logistic Specialist (S1, S4)
