relative to the last post

it seems that the part Cs suffer from post-spec syndrome, which is to feel betrayed by NCC, feel that they weren't rewarded enough. well, we all have gone through this process, in fact, i still do wonder why i was a pti and not some other spec.

anyway, i advise we advise them on how we go about dealing with these thoughts, in anyway, bring them back to the unit. use our own experiances, our own feelings as a source of motivation for them to come back to serve their all.

we always talk to part as,bs, but i noticed we hardly seem to have a real talking session about their careers in the ncc for the part cs.

so guys, maybe we, could try to help them, even though i do share their thoughts and feelings towards NCC. But i realised, its not the unit, rather the HQ. so we maybe could also psycho them that is hq fault? ha.
